 Actors Attic, opened our first store at 2A Railroad Avenue in Wyoming, Delaware in 1980.  Thirty five years later we became Delaware's last and largest  costume rental house and full theatrical supply.  Our mission was to support the various costumed and sound re-enforcement events for the arts, education, the entertainment community throughout the east coast and the world.  Our top notch service and dedication to the community ended abruptly thanks to Covid 19  when the government closed all non- essential business'  and took away normal life on March 16, 2020.  For more than a year, the closure stopped all community events that included, schools, dance studios, personal birthdays, holidays,  fireworks.    Our entire costume, lighting and sound business was financially debilitated by the lack of events caused by the fear that was introduced by the government.

 October 2020, forty years after opening.  We had to make a hard pivot to continue our embroidery business,  and downsize the financial investment of inventory that took 40 years to accumulate by selling off our extensive costume, sound and lighting inventory at a loss  to become a smaller business model in order to survive.
